Here are some important updates:
14 Days of RED: This is a campaign we are featuring on Facebook leading up to Valentine's Day. If you have a red hair color client you would like to feature, please photograph him/her with your phone (before and after would be great) and send it to me so I can format it. Or the pic can be of a client with natural red hair as well. Please make sure your client is okay with our posting it. OR, if you're especially proud of your work, then please let me know and I will be happy to set up and take some more structured pics. Just let me know. The more the better!
We have some new people joining us in Midtown. Thank you in advance for taking a moment to welcome them and learn their names. Brandie and Sharie have great experience, wonderful personalities, and are very excited to be joining us. Madison and Emma have already been working as associates and will soon be taking some clients as they continue their education. Daniel and Tammy will be joining us in a week or two. They are all starting at associate or level one pricing and would value all the support you can give them as they learn about, and add to, our culture.
Susan and I will be attending 4 days of business classes in Tampa next week. This, in addition to working with a coach, is part of the direction we will be taking in 2013: enhancing professional standards and creating measurable paths for promotions, raises, seniority, and a stake in the company. You can look forward to some very good progress and opportunities in the coming weeks.
