As many of you know, Susan and I have been in extensive classes on how to run the business more efficiently and effectively. We will need your input on many things as we move forward. Repeat requests, client count, and retail sales will be among the measurable benchmarks we are finally putting in place.
In the meantime, we know that we can't have effective retail numbers without stocking the tools you need. This also includes back bar and color.
