Hello EveryoneThe Big News: for the second month in a row, we have surpassed the goals thatour coach David set for us a couple of months ago. YAY!!! The second quarter is ahead of last year. This is because our wonderful new team members have joined the best of our veteran team and support team. This combination is limitless and will continue to gain momentum over the next few months. Please give yourselves a pat on the back, as I was sending up a big thank you for all of you when I received all the month-end reports! I'm really proud! And I hope you all can see how much I've invested in helping our brand take these leaps into the future. I am honored to be a part of it. Very important: Regarding this payroll. I try to be an open book, as you know. We are still waiting for some big deposits from over the weekend, so anyone who could wait another day to deposit their paycheck would be well appreciated. Every now and then, the timing of these large payrolls ($46,000) doesn't jibe with the flow of deposits, but it's just a matter of a day or so. I'm usually pretty good at our predictions and budget, but I was a little off with this one, as last week was slower than I predicted. Also, as a thank you for thoughtfulness in this regard, anyone who wants to wait until Friday will get a $20 bonus. Text Michelle if you want to do so! And thank you! Our one-on-ones start today.
