News and Meeting Wrap-up
Regarding our meeting last week:
My motivation going into the meeting was all positive, and it continues to be so. As we determined that day, Change is inevitable, but Growth is optional. There has never been a time in my life or at HELMET that change hasn't been an opportunity for growth.
Over the next month, we will begin implementing the changes I brought up at the meeting, with the help of a well-trained, salon business coach. My concerns are for creating pathways for those of you who want to plan a long-range professional and/or retirement path. This is an overdue and necessary step and I'm very excited by the possibilities and the plans I've seen so far. This will be an opportunity for anyone wanting a career shift to make it happen within HELMET.
New team members: We welcome you. Thank you for your enthusiasm and bright outlooks. In a business where so much of your personal "self" is given away each day in service to clients, this is a wonderful quality and we thank you for it. It is our job to nurture it!
Education: You asked for it, and we've got it planned. The dollar value on it is over $10,000. Please take it seriously; please show up. You can see the calendar here, as well as future meeting dates!
